What is the minimum number of players we must keep on the defensive half of the field at all times to avoid an offside penalty?
Answer: 4. Usually the goalie and the 3 defensive players, but any 4 will do. So a defensemen running up a ball can clear it over the mid-line if a middie stays back on the defensive side. When the defensemen returns to the defensive half, then the middie back can go over the mid-line.
What does "fake high, shoot low mean"? How do you fake a shot?
Answer: Make it look like you are going to shoot high using a little cradle movement and look high (this gets the goalie moving up) then pull the stick back a little and shoot low.

Answer: Flipping/directing a ball on the ground to a teammate by using the top corner of the stick. You place the stick down behind the ball and kind of take a little hockey-like wrist shot to direct the ball to a teammate who is usually outside "the pile". You can also use the eef method to take a shot; usually taken when a shot rebounds off the goalie out in front of the crease.
